Rehabilitation of National Highways with Concrete Surfacing through Domestic Contractors - Rehabilitation and upgrading of the Section of Road from Nagoda to Neboda (from 2.7 Km to 15.9 Km) on Katukurunda - Neboda Road (B207) and the Section of Road from Avittawa to Lewwanduwa (from 9.83 Km to 27.2 Km) on Elpitiya - Avittawa - Lewwanduwa Road ( B114)

- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Ports and Highways, to award the contracts for the Rehabilitation and upgrading of the following sections of roads, as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), was approved by the Cabinet:
* Nagoda to Neboda Road - from 2.7 Km to 15.9 Km
* Avittawa - Lewwanduwa Road - from 9.83 Km to 27.2 Km
