Dry Zone Urban Water and Sanitation Project - Sri Lanka - ADB Loan No.2477SRI (SF) - Tender for Supply and Laying of HDPE, DI, PVC Pipes, Specials, Fittings and Valves for Transmission main and Distribution System in Mannar Water Supply Scheme

- the above project is being implemented by the National Water Supply and Drainage Board with funds provided by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of Sri Lanka. The project includes the supply and laying of 6.5 km. of water transmission mains and 102 km. of distribution network pipes. The proposal made by Hon. Dinesh Gunawardena, Minister of Water Supply and Drainage, to award the above contract, on the recommendations of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC) for a total bid price of US $557,454.51 plus LKR 281,844,055.48, was approved by the Cabinet.
