Revision of Canal Layout of Moragahakanda-Kaluganga Project

- the proposal made by Hon. Nimal Siripala de Silva, Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Development, for the revision of the canal layout of Moragahakanda - Kaluganga Project with the construction of the Upper Elehera Canal in place of the Second Bowathenna Tunnel and upgrading of the existing Huruluwewa Feeder Canal, was approved by the Cabinet.
