Lease of Land at Warakapola Town Center to M/s Cargills Ceylon PLC for a Shopping Mall or Super Market

- the proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Defence and Urban Development, to lease out a block of land owned by the Urban Development Authority, for a Shopping Mall / Super Market under the Warakapola Town Development Project, to M/s. Cargills Ceylon PLC, which has quoted the highest bid value during selection, was approved by the Cabinet.
