- the proposal made by Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka, Minister of Power and Energy, for the time extension to the consultancy contract of the above project up to the end of December 2014 and for the costs variation as recommended by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, was approved by the Cabinet.
