Road Sector Assistance Project - Second Additional Financing - Phase II - Funded by the International Development Association - Consultancy Services for Design Review, Construction Supervision and Contract Administration

- the under mentioned road sections are to be rehabilitated under this project:

* Road Section from Maliban Junction to Cross Junction along Colombo - Galle Road from 13.35 km to 18.30 km.;

* Road Section from Cross Junction to Panadura Bridge (from 0 to 7 km.) and Road Section from Panadura Bridge to Nalluruwa Junction (from 25.50 km. to 30.00 km.) on Galle Road; and

* Road Section from Peliyagoda to Mahabage (from 0.60 km. to 9.00 km.) and from Mahabage to Ja-Ela (from 9.00 km. to 17.50 km.) on Peliyagoda - Puttalam Road.

The proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Ports and Highways, to award the above contract for a sum of US $1,076,704.44 + LKR 252,256,292.78, as recommended by the Cabinet Appointed Consultants Procurement Committee (CACPC), was approved by the Cabinet.
