Establishment of International Arbitration Centre

- the proposal made by Hon. Rauff Hakeem, Minister of Justice, to establish the International Arbitration Centre, as envisaged in the budget speech 2012 by H.E. the President, with the state of the art facilities , in a location in the city of Colombo to be identified in consultation with the Urban Development Authority, and to locate the centre for the time-being at the sixth floor of the World Trade Centre, was approved by the Cabinet.
