Amendment of the Antiquities Ordinance

- the proposal made by Hon. (Dr.) Jagath Balasooriya, Minister of National Heritage, to bring in amendments to the above Ordinance to suit the present day requirements of the country and to instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft amending legislation accordingly, was approved by the Cabinet.
