Memorandum of Understanding between Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS), Sri Lanka and Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS) New Delhi, India

- the proposal made by Hon. (Prof.) G.L. Peiris, Minister of External Affairs, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the above two organizations, to promote academic cooperation and regional economic cooperation, and for its implementation with the approval and under the supervision of the Ministry of External Affairs, was approved by the Cabinet.
