Consultancy Service for project of Signaling and Telecommunication System for the Northern Railway Line

- the proposal made by Hon. Kumara Welgama, Minister of Transport, on the recommendation of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), for the appointment of the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) as the Consultant for this project and for the appointment of a Procurement Committee and a Technical Evaluation Committee for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet.
