- the proposal made by Hon. S.B. Dissanayake, Minister of Higher Education, to award the contract for the construction of the above, on the recommendation of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee,at a cost of Rs.156,805,633.50, was approved by the Cabinet.
