Clean Energy & Access Improvement Project Part (I) - System Control Centre Modernization Project - Package A - National System Control Center and SCADA & Communication System

- this project is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Part I of the project is System Control Centre Modernization. Package 'A' of the project is estimated to cost US $17.1 million (Rs.1,892,457,000.00). The proposal made by Hon Patali Champika Ranawaka, Minister of Power and Energy to adopt the Two Stage Bidding Procedure for this procurement, was approved by the Cabinet.
