Maithripala Sirisena, Minister of Health, to award the above tender to the lowest responsive bidder, on the recommendations made by the Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), at a total cost of US $1,785,600.00 (LKR 196,365,287.10), was approved by the Cabinet.
