Construction of the Earth Tremor Tsunami Monitoring Centre and the Laboratory Building of the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau

- the proposal made by Hon. Anura Priyadharshana Yapa, Minister of Environment, to establish the Earth Tremor Tsunami Monitoring Centre and the Laboratory Building on land belonging to the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau and to request the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Moratuwa to provide consultancy services for the project, including designing etc. and also to call for competitive bids for the construction work, was approved by the Cabinet.
