Implementation of the Teacher Transfer Policy among National Schools and Provincial Council Schools

- the proposal made by Hon. Bandula Gunawardena, Minister of Education, to introduce a new Teacher Transfer Policy to transfer teachers between the 342 National Schools and Provincial Council Schools, so as to have an equitable distribution of experienced teachers of general subjects as well as special subjects in these schools, was approved by the Cabinet.
