Proposed Memorandum of Understanding on the field of exchange of Manpower between The Government of the State of Kuwait and The Government of Sri Lanka

- it has been observed that there are about 260,000 of Sri Lankan employed in the State of Kuwait, of which 75% are female domestic workers. The proposal made by Hon. Dilan Perera, Minister of Foreign Employment Promotion and Welfare, to enter into the above Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries, was approved by the Cabinet.
