Construction of five storied Building for the Advanced Technological Institute (ATI) at Anuradhapura

- this Institute functions under the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIAT) and offers Higher National Diploma courses in Accountancy and English. In view of the urgent need to expand infrastructure facilities for the ATI at Anuradhapura to cater to the present and future intake of students, the proposal made by Hon. S.B. Dissanayake, Minister of Higher Education to construct a five storied building for the purpose, consisting of an Administration Block, Lecture Hall, Classroom Blocks, a Computer Laboratory, an Audio Visual Room, a Conference Room, a Library Block, a Cafeteria etc., at a cost of Rs.120 million, was approved by the Cabinet.
