The Draft Agreement between the Government of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Government of the State of Palestine for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital

? this Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement was negotiated and concluded, with the view to enhance economic relations between Sri Lanka and Palestine. The proposal made by H.E. the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning to sign the draft Agreement at Government level and to present it in Parliament for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
