Amendment of the Apartment Housing Ownership Act No.11 of 1973 and the Condominium Management Authority Act No.10 of 1973"

- the proposal made by Hon. Wimal Weerawansa, Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities, for the appointment of a Committee of Experts consisting of representatives of the relevant institutions, to examine the amendments necessary for the above two Acts and make recommendations, was approved by the Cabinet.
