Patali Champika Ranawaka, Minister of Power and Energy to award the above contract, on the recommendation of the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, to the lowest evaluated bidder, M/s. Siemens Ltd., India for a total price of Euro 4,147,128.68 plus LKR 74,560,345.00, was approved by the Cabinet.
