Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA) - Annual Report 2009
- SLIDA works closely with other Public Sector Institutions in the country and plays its role as a delivery institution and a resource institution. The institution has earned an operating income Rs.117 million as against Rs.99.09 million earned in 2008. The number of training programmes conducted by the institute stands at 97 during the year. The services and training programmes offered by SLIDA are as follows:

* Induction Training Programmes (offered on partial cost recovery basis);
* Mid Career Training Programmes (offered on partial cost recovery basis);
* Scheduled Training Programmes (offered free of charge for Ministry and Departmental Officers of the Central Government);
* Scheduled Training Programmes (offered on cost recovery basis); and
* Training and Management Consultancy Services (offered on cost recovery basis).

The above Report submitted by Hon. W.D.J. Seneviratne, Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs, was approved for presentation in Parliament.
