Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Finance and Planning of Sri Lanka and the Ministry of Finance of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

? the proposal made by H.E. the President in his capacity as the Minister of Finance and Planning to sign the above Memorandum to promote and strengthen the cooperation between the Ministries of Finance of both countries, was approved by the Cabinet. The proposed MOU is to be signed by Hon. (Dr.) Sarath Amunugama, Minister (Senior) for International Monetary Cooperation, on behalf of the Minister of Finance and Planning.
