Submission of Comprehensive Medium Term Programme (2011-2020) for the Construction Projects of Universities / Institutes under the University Grants Commission

- the Comprehensive Medium Term Programme for the improvement / enhancement of infrastructure facilities of all Universities for the 10 years from 2011 to 2020, prepared in consultation with the Vice Chancellors of the Universities and the General Treasury, presented by Hon. S.B. Dissanayake, Minister of Higher Education, was approved by the Cabinet. The expenditure involved is to be met from funds provided under the Medium Term Budgetary Framework.
