Annual Report of the Lanka Mineral Sands Limited for the year 2010

- Lanka Mineral Sands Limited was able to continue its operations in the Northern and Eastern Provinces even during the conflict situation in those areas during the last 30 years. The year 2010 had been a successful year for this institution, in that it has earned a net profit of Rs.678 million before tax. With the restoration of normalcy in the country, the institution was able to extend the area of mining which was restricted to 8 miles.
