Annual Report of the State Engineering Corporation for the year 2008

- satisfactory progress achieved by the Corporation in the construction industry. A Project Monitoring Unit has been setup in the Corporation which could monitor the progress of work in various work sites. This has relieved the tedious task of visiting each site to gather information. This unit helps to review the monthly progress of project as well, enabling resident Engineers of work sites to be aware of their performances. The above Report presented by Hon. Wimal Weerawansa, Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities, was approved by the Cabinet for presentation in Parliament.
