Introducing a Transfer Scheme for Public Servants

- an Annual Transfer Scheme is already being implemented for the officers in the Combined Services, such as the Public Management Assistants' Service etc. The proposal made by Hon. W.D.J. Seneviratne, Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs, to prepare and implement a proper Transfer Scheme for all Services, including the Sri Lanka Administrative Service, was approved by the Cabinet.
