Annual Report of Elkaduwa Plantation Ltd. for the year 2008

- The Cabinet granted approval to present the Annual Report of Elkaduwa Plantation Ltd. for the year 2008. Cabinet noted that even though the Company had to depend largely on Treasury grants up to 2007, it is now managing without resorting to Treasury grants from 2008 onwards. It was also reported that the company had made profits in 2010 as well which is a noteworthy achievement.
