Amendment of the Ranaviru Seva Authority Act, No. 54 of 1999

- this Authority has been established by an Act of Parliament to promote the welfare of disabled members of the Armed Forces and the Police and of the dependents of the members of these Forces killed or missing in action. The proposal made by H.E. the President to amend the composition of the Board of Management of this Authority by inclusion of the following and to instruct the Legal Draftsman to draft amending Legislation for the purpose, was approved by the Cabinet:

* Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army
* Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy
* Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Air Force
