Proposed Strategy and Policy Framework for Bilateral Air Services Negotiations

- the proposed strategy and policy framework for the above submitted by Hon. Piyankara Jayaratne, Minister of Civil Aviation, with the view to gain more aviation revenue and also to ensure that Sri Lanka's National Interest is fully promoted in the current environment of rapid economic change, was approved by the Cabinet. Sri Lanka intends to conduct Bilateral Air Services Negotiations with Russia, Vietnam, Philippine, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in the near future.
