Dissanayake, Minister of Higher Education, on the recommendation of the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC) and the Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) to award the contract for the construction of a new building for the above purpose at a cost of Rs.106,239,367.50, was approved by the Cabinet.
