Second additional financing for Road Sector Assistance Project (RSAP II) - Award of contracts for four civil works contract packages

- on a proposal made by H.E. the President, on the recommendation of the Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (CAPC), Cabinet approval was granted for the rehabilitation and improvement of around 134 Km. of "A" Class roads under this project with credit facilities to be provided from the International Development Association (IDA). The following sections of roads are to be developed:

* Kantale to Gantalawa road (10.28 Km.) and Kantale to Perathuweli road (3.06 Km.)
* Gantalawa to Thambalagamuwa road (9.72 Km.)
* Thambalagamuwa to Sardapura road (12.0 Km.)
* Sardapura to Trincomalee road (9.3 Km.)
