On-Line Registration of Companies

- the new Companies Act provides several facilities to the business community to set up companies and for the enhancement of corporate activities in the country using the computer net works. On a proposal made by Hon. Rishad Bathiudeen, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Cabinet approval was granted for the development of software under the On Line Registration of Companies Project and to call for competitive bids for the purpose.
