Completion of Stage II of the Sinhapura Housing Project on premises of Estate No. 48 at Wanathamulla, Colombo 08

- this Housing Project consists of 120 Housing Units and under Stage I of the project, 03 buildings consisting of 60 Housing Units were completed and they have been allocated to the Public in 2007. On a proposal made by Hon.Wimal Weerawansa, Minister of Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities, Cabinet approval was granted to entrust the completion of Stage II of the project to the State Engineering Corporation at a cost of Rs.150.27 million, which amount has been allocated to the Ministry by the Budget 2011.
