Rehabilitation and upgrading of 13 km Road Section from Anuradhapura (70 km) to Matale Junction (83 km) on A12 road by issuing a variation order to the existing contract from Puttalam to Anuradhapura

- it has been observed that this road section has deteriorated due to the recent floods and on a proposal made by H.E. the President, Cabinet approval was granted to appoint the same Cabinet Appointed Negotiating Committee and the Project Committee which evaluated the contract for the road section from Nochchiyagama (53 km.) to Anuradhapura (70 km.), for the evaluation of this project proposal to be awarded to the same contractor.
