Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Democratic socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Government of People's Republic of China

- with a view to further enhancing friendly relations and bilateral economic and technical cooperation between the two countries, the Government of China has agreed to provide a grant of Renminbi Yuan 50 million to Sri Lanka. Cabinet approval was granted to enter into an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Government of China. The grant funds will be utilized to implement projects to be agreed upon between the two governments.
