Greater Colombo Waste Water Management Project funded by the Asian Development Bank: Award of Contract for Design, Supervision and Management Consultancy (DSC)

- The Asian Development Bank has agreed to provide financial facilities for the Greater Colombo Waste Water Management Project to be implemented at a total cost of US $116.63 million, with Rs.369.0 million to be provided by the Government of Sri Lanka to rehabilitate the sewerage system and thereby improving health facilities of the residents of Greater Colombo area. On a proposal made by Hon. A.L.M. Athaullah, Minister of Local Government and Provincial Councils, on the recommendation of the Cabinet Appointed Consultant Procurement Committee (CACPC) to award the contract for the design, supervision and management consultancy of this project at a total cost of US $5.60 million.
