- since the present Air Traffic Control System at Ratmalana has been established about 25 years ago, Cabinet approval was granted for the supply, Installation and Commissioning of a new Air Traffic Management System at Colombo Area Control Centre, Ratmalana, Sri Lanka at a cost of approximately Rs.173 million.
