Disposition of a block of land belonging to the Urban Development Authority for a health and related activities development project

- Investment proposals have been invited on competitive basis for the disposition of a block of land located at Kirimandala Mawatha, Narahenpita belonging to the Urban Development Authority for a health and related activities development project for a period of 50 years. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing for the disposition of a block of land in extent of 0.1929 hectares to M/s N W Reality (Pvt.) Ltd incorporated amalgamating M/s Ninewells Hospitals (Pvt) Ltd. and M/s Access International (Pvt) Ltd., on lease basis for a period of 50 years, based on the recommendation of the Standing Cabinet Appointed Negotiating Committee made after the evaluation of the proposals received in that regard, was approved by the Cabinet.
