Press briefing of Cabinet Decision taken on 2024-02-26 (Subject to Confirmation at the next Meeting)

Setting apart of two portions of lands located in the premises of Waters Edge, Battaramulla to Sri Lanka Navy and Asoka Vidyalaya, Colombo - 10 on lease basis

- The proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing to provide a land portion with the extent of 2 Roods 30.89 Perches to Sri Lanka Navy for training their boat rides and lifesaving camps and a land portion with the extent of 4 Acres 2 Roods 1.60 Perches to Asoka Vidyalaya, Colombo - 10 to be used as a playground, on lease basis through the Commissioner General of Lands, was approved by the Cabinet.
