Commemoration of IORA Day 2024 of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA)

- Cabinet noted the information submitted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs stating that the IORA Day 2024 of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) has been planned to hold at the Galle Face on 2024‑03‑10 under the theme of “Sustainable Indian Ocean for future Generations” and under the chairmanship of Sri Lanka, and measures are taken to hold that function with the participation of the Diplomatic Missions of IORA Member States, Dialogue Partner States, UN agencies based in Colombo as well as a large number of school children representing all the provinces of the Island.
