Introducing legislation for resolving disputes among Government entities

- It has been found necessary to introduce appropriate legal provisions so as to resolve disputes arising among Government entities expeditiously. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Hon. President to instruct the Legal Draftsman to prepare a Bill for that purpose in consultation with the Attorney General, was approved by the Cabinet.
