Amendment to the Colombo Port City (Development Control) Regulations No. 1 of 2023

- Regulations have been published through the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2358/70 dated 2023‑11‑17 by amending the Colombo Port City (Development Control) Regulations No. 1 of 2023 issued as per the provisions of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Act No. 11 of 2021, incorporating the plot subdivision, change of land use and few nontechnical corrections. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Acting Minister of Investment Promotions to submit the said Regulations to Parliament, for approval, was approved by the Cabinet.
