Transferring a portion of land in extent of 05 acres belonging to the Melsiripura Farm for construction of a playground

- A request has been made to transfer a portion of land in extent of 05 acres from the Melsiripura Farm belonging to the National Livestock Development Board, to the Ibbagamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha for the construction of a public playground. Accordingly, the concurrence of the Board of Directors of the National Livestock Development Board has been received to allocate an extent of 05 acres from the Medamulla Division of the said farm. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Agriculture and Plantation Industries to transfer the said land to the Ibbagamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha, was approved by the Cabinet.
