Approval for the National Aeronautical Search and Rescue Plan

- In terms of the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act No.14 of 2010, the National Aeronautical Search and Rescue Plan has been prepared by the Civil Aviation Authority, and it has been published as a Rule by the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No.2347/02 dated 2023‑08‑28. The proposal made by the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation to table the said Rule in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
