Submission of Colombo Port City Regulations No.3 of 2023( Guidelines on the Grant of Exemptions or Incentives to Businesses of Strategic Importance - Duty Free Operations) in Parliament for approval

- Hon. President, in his capacity as the Minister of Investment Promotion has published Colombo Port City Regulations No.3 of 2023 (Guidelines on the Grant of Exemptions or Incentives to Businesses of Strategic Importance - Duty Free Operations) under the provisions of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission Act No. 11 of 2021, through the Gazette Extraordinary Notification No. 2355/30 dated 2023‑10‑25. The proposal made by the Hon. President, in his capacity as the Minister of Investment Promotion to present the said Regulations for approval in Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
