Calling for Requests for Proposals for the Mixed Development Project at Kirimandala Mawatha under the Public Private Partnership

- There is a land in extent of 05 acres at Kirimandala Mawatha, Nawala developed by the Sri Lanka Land Development Corporation and it has been identified that said land is suitable for the implementation of a mixed development project. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing to take necessary action to invite Requests for Proposals from the interested investors to implement mixed development projects under the Public-Private Partnership in a land area from the said land in extent of 2.67 acres at the first phase and in the remaining land area in extent of 2.33 acres at its second phase, was approved by the Cabinet.
