Sale of Housing Units of Lake Crest Residencies Housing Project at Angoda, Mandawila on freehold basis

- The possession of housing units of the Lake Crest Residencies Housing Project at Angoda, Mandawila comprising of 500 units implemented by the Urban Development Authority, has been handed over to the housing recipients in the year 2018. The proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing to grant freehold deeds to the housing recipients who have completed the relevant payments, according to the Condominium Property Law and to the other housing recipients after completing the relevant payments, was approved by the Cabinet.
