Pavithra Wanniarachchi Sahurda Foundation (Incorporation) Bill

- Pavithra Wanniarachchi Sahurda Foundation (Incorporation) Bill has been presented to Parliament as a Private Member's Bill by Hon. Lalith Ellawala, Member of Parliament. The Preliminary draft in concern has been duly prepared by the Legal Draftsman and the clearance of the Attorney General has been received for the said Bill. The proposal made by the Minister of Buddhasasana, Religious and Cultural Affairs to submit a Report to Parliament recommending the relevant Bill in terms of the provisions of the Standing Order 52(6) of Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
