Shaili Educational Foundation (Incorporation) Bill

- Shaili Educational Foundation (Incorporation) Bill has been presented to Parliament as a Private Member's Bill by Hon. Dr. (Mrs.) Harini Amarasuriya, Member of the Parliament. The Preliminary draft in concern has been properly prepared by the Legal Draftsman and the clearance of the Attorney General has been received for the said Bill. The proposal made by the Minister of Education to submit a Report to Parliament recommending the relevant Bill in terms of the provisions of the Standing Order 52(6) of Parliament, was approved by the Cabinet.
