Vesting a plot of land which contains a storied housing complex owned by the Urban Development Authority, with the University of Colombo

- The Board of Management of the Urban Development Authority has granted approval to vest the land in extent of 0.2761 hectares containing a storied housing complex with 144 housing units located at Kalinga Mawatha, Narahenpita, with the University of Colombo. Accordingly, the proposal made by the Minister of Urban Development and Housing to vest the said plot of land with storied housing complex with the University of Colombo, as a free grant, to be utilized to provide hostel facilities, was approved by the Cabinet.
